To ensure that our customers have access to quality healthcare at all times, we have partnered with various Third Party Administrators (TPAs) such as NAS Neuron, Mednet who provide 24/7 access to a wide network of healthcare providers within the UAE and outside of the UAE.
Please download the network list as applicable for your policy. The list of providers applicable under each network tier will help you in choosing a medical facility depending on your requirements and in line with your policy terms and conditions. The network of providers is subject to additions/deletions of providers and as a result of these changes your accessibility to certain medical providers may change. Nonetheless, we endeavor to keep the network list updated from time to time and as practicably as possible.
To get the latest network list, you can alternatively access the Mobile Application of our TPAs to find a network provider of your choice or contact our Medical team for any assistance.
